Inter Milan agree personal terms with €25 million Arsenal star

Whilst Arsenal fans wait patiently for deals like Lokonga and Tavares to be announced, the news regarding players leaving Arsenal is beginning to pick up.

Arsenal have been reportedly looking to sell a number of first team players in order to fund a huge squad rebuild this summer.

One of those most likely to be heading for the exit door is long time servant Hector Bellerin.

There has been a great deal of reported interest in Bellerin and according to the outlet Sport, Inter have agreed personal terms already with Bellerin.

However, a deal may not be as close as we think as there is still an agreement to be reached with Arsenal. Inter reportedly want the player on a loan with an option to buy, whereas Arsenal want €25 million for a permanent transfer; presumably so they can reinvest that money on an adequate replacement.

Arsenal have been linked with the likes of Zeki Celik, Tyler Adams and Emerson Royal as potential options in that right back spot.

In my opinion any one of those names would be a great option for Arsenal. Bellerin simply hasn’t quite been the same since his ACL injury. Defensively I would argue he is fairly solid now, but he just doesn’t seem as effective going forward.
