Arsenal star set for new 5-year deal

Arsenal are set to reward one of their best performers, Kieran Tierney, with a new 5 year deal.

Tierney was instrumental in Scotland’s draw against England last night, showing the kind of abilities we have become accustomed to seeing from him at Arsenal.

And it’s those kind of performances which has convinced the Arsenal powers that be that he is the man they see as a future leader of this club and a man who they need to keep around for as long as possible.

This bumper new deal was first reported yesterday and most reports seems to suggest that the deal is as good as done.

The key for Arsenal now is to get in a suitable understudy for our future captain.

The only flaw in his Arsenal career so far is that he picks up his fair share of injuries.

If he can stay fit, I genuinely think he is the best left back in the league. Do you agree?
