Aston Villa want one of Arsenal’s best youngsters!

Aston Villa, after a great season, want to keep some momentum and take advantage of some prolonged contract talks taking place at Arsenal.

Our 20 year old superstar, Emile Smith Rowe, is the most recent target for Dean Smith’s side.

Smith Rowe has 2 years left on his current deal and is yet to agree new terms at the Emirates.

According to Metro, it would cost at least £30 million to pry him away from North London.

However, I wouldn’t be getting too worried Arsenal fans.

Arteta is a huge, huge fan of Smith Rowe and I can see no world in which Arteta would no make the club match any contract demands Smith Rowe might have. He is seen as a pivotal part of Arteta’s Arsenal plan.

My suspicion is it is just agent talk; perhaps to get him a better wage or something.
