Bukayo Saka and Thomas Partey will both miss Arsenal’s Europa League game against Molde on Thursday.
Saka, whose injury isn’t as bad as many Arsenal fans will have feared when he was forced off in the second half against Leeds, only suffered a dead leg, and will be available for Sunday’s league game against Wolves.
Partey’s injury is more serious, with the midfielder undergoing rehabilitation for the thigh injury sustained during the game against Aston Villa earlier this month. He will miss both the Europa League game and the league game against Wolves on Sunday.
Other injury news includes Willian, who has also not travelled with the squad for Thursday’s game and will be assessed ahead of Sunday’s game; along with Mo Elneny and Sead Kolasinac, who are both still self-isolating after returning positive COVID-19 tests during the international break.
David Luiz has travelled with the squad after missing the Leeds game at the weekend because of the birth of his daughter. Meanwhile, Pablo Mari and Gabriel Martinelli both continue their recovery, with Mari now integrating into full team training, and Martinelli hoping to do the same within the next two weeks.
